1. General

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the cab services ("Service") provided by Sadguru Enterprises ("Company"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• 2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

  2.2 Customers are required to provide accurate details for the booking, including pick-up location, destination, time, and date.

  2.3 Bookings must be confirmed by the customer at least 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

3. Payments and Charges

• 3.1 Customers agree to pay the fare as quoted during the booking process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 4.1 Cancellations made 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will not incur any charges.

  4.2 Cancellations made within [3] hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a cancellation fee of [30% of the fare].

  4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days.

5. Responsibilities of the Customer

• 5.1 Customers must provide accurate information during the booking process.

  5.2 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage.

  5.3 Customers must ensure the vehicle is not misused or damaged. Penalties may apply for any misuse or damage caused.

6. Responsibilities of the Company

• 6.1 The Company will ensure the vehicle is in good condition and the driver is licensed and experienced.

  6.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  6.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to safety concerns, vehicle breakdown, or other unavoidable reasons. Customers will be notified and refunded in such cases.

7. Prohibited Activities

• 7.1 Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

  7.2 Customers must not engage in behavior that is abusive, disruptive, or dangerous to the driver or others.

8. Termination of Service

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Service without notice if the customer breaches these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.

9. Dispute Resolution

• 9.1 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved amicably through negotiation.

  9.2 If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in maharashtra.

10. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
